NEW DELHI: Real estate giant DLF is aiming to register sales bookings worth ₹20,000 crore in the FY2026-27 through a robust portfolio of launches in Gurugram, Mumbai, and Goa. During an analyst briefing session, Ashok Kumar Tyagi, Managing Director of DLF, mentioned that the performance of its residential and commercial segments has been very strong and DLF will concentrate on improving their margins and cash flows.

As per the company, the projects that are set to be launched in FY27 have the potential to generate around ₹20,000 crore in revenue. Out of these revenues, around ₹14,000-15,000 crores will be coming from fresh launches, whereas the rest will be contributed by luxury residential developments, which include 'The Dahlias' in Gurugram. Speaking on the matter, Managing Director of DLF Home Developers Ltd, Aakash Ohri stated that there would be a consistent demand for premium and luxurious homes.

For the financial year ending FY2025-26, DLF had booked sales worth ₹20,143 crore as against a record booking value of ₹21,223 crore during FY25-26. DLF also declared its net profit of FY26 to be ₹4,414.68 crore, while total income was ₹9,816.04 crore. The company claimed that they have developed over 185 real estate projects covering over 352 million square feet and have also secured the development opportunity of around 280 million square feet.
